Mô Tả Công Việc
o Plans and schedules production operation based on volume forecast and actual requirements. - Prepares and carries out the daily/weekly production schedule based on production volume forecast and actual orders received from stores. - Determines and prepares requisitions for production and operating materials based on this production schedule. - Prepares work schedules and job assignments pf personnel in his area according to the production scheme planned. - Sees to it that all production equipment in his area have been checked and certified fit for use by Engineering to support the scheduled volume of production. - Sees to it that back-up lines are also in place in case of contingencies. - Directs and controls the activities in his area to assure the smooth flow of production operations
o Manages personnel assigned in his section. - Prepares their work schedule and assignment. - Monitors their attendance/ time records and conformance to standards of sanitation and hygiene. - Authorizes overtime work and approves leaves filed by employees. - Monitors and evaluates their individual performance, including processing of Incident/ Accident Reports. - Provides opportunities for training and upgrading of skills to employees and keeps them well-motivated.
o Assures that the in-process standards and specifications in his assigned area are well-understood and consistently adhered to. - Conducts training/ orientation of personnel in his section on standard operating procedures. - Maintain accurate and timely process control records required in the section. - Monitors the quality, proper handling and use of equipment, tools and testing instruments in his area. - Coordinates with engineering supervisors/ technicians on repairs and maintenance requirements in his area. - Establishes accountability of personnel to the proper use of said equipment/ tools and testing instruments.
o Monitors the quality, usage/ consumption of production materials and other operational requirements issued to his area. - Make sure that standard yields/ material balance is consistently achieved in his area. - Assures product and material traceability as fast as practicable.
o Monitors the effective and efficient use of manhours in his area based on established work standards. - Make sure that his area contributes to the consistent attainment of quality and safety standards for finished products and the workplace - Sees to it that areas, facilities and utilities in his area are well maintained and conform to standards of sanitation and safety. - Sees to it that employees assigned in his section practice good sanitation and hygiene. - Implement and maintain the HACCP management system in the department. - Update HACCP system if needed
o Other Tasks - Coordinates with other operating units in behalf of the section. - Prepares accurate and timely production reports and other reports that may be so required by management. - Continuously seek improvement in all aspects in his assigned area. - Performs other duties/ functions that may be assigned to him by this superiors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Education - Bachelor degree holder, preferably in Food Science and Technology, Management, Industrial Engineering and other related courses. - Preferably, with basic knowledge/ experience in bakery, meat and poultry processing technology. - Good at English communication, proficiency in power point, excel formulation, calculation - Good at analytical skills, root cause analysis, planning and people management
o Experience - At least 3 years working experience in a food manufacturing plant, preferably involved in similar production lines. - At least 1 year of which in supervisory capacity. - Experience in handling production seminars, training and similar orientation programs.
o Human relations - Human relations - ability to maintain effective relations with all employees at all levels and in all units. - Integrity maintains the highest standards of ethics, shows professional appearance and conduct at all times, commands attention and respect. - Leadership - ability to inspire his unit and its employees in achieving their goals and work as a team. - Adaptability and ability to perform a variety of tasks, often changing assignments and priorities on short notice. - Communication skills. - Keeps other members of the organization informed, on matters that must be communicated to all employees. - Expresses himself clearly and effectively both in written and verbal communication. - Ability to make timely decisions based on logical assumptions and using all available information. - Resilience/ tolerance to stress - maintains stability and effectiveness under pressure.
o Mental effort - Requires a high degree of organization and planning skills, attention to details, problem solving skills, judgment/ decision making.
o Physical effort - Requires constant floor supervision and being assigned in the night shift. - Willingness for travelling across Viet Nam - Working hours: Mon - Sat (6:00AM - 2:00PM, 2:00PM - 10:00PM), and during weekends if needed.
