Responsibilities
- Maintain and implement technical solutions required for the good performance of the documentation function with sound engineering practices
- Gather information through research, interviewing, application testing, training, and product team meetings to develop accurate and complete product documentation
- Work closely with key stakeholders to deepen technical understanding of the product, releases, and business goals, in order to:
- Implement documentation changes
- Continuously improve documentation
- Collaborate on Jira and Confluence effectively to track and record documentation tasks
- Research and correct documentation defects
- Attend and participate in meetings/stand-ups/demos for projects and tasks owned by the writer
- Perform other duties as assigned by line manager
- Excellent command of English
- Relevant BA/BS degree in IT, Software Engineering
- Familiarity with developer documentation
- Familiar with programming languages: Python, Java, Javascript / Typescript
- Experience using Git and terminal
- Willingness to learn a new field and complex subject matter
- Willingness to stay updated on technical communication trends
- Ability to deeply research technical topics
- Detail-oriented and able to put themselves in the place of product users
- Lateral thinking, critical thinking, and an eye for impact
- Clear and concise communication, both verbally and in writing

Công Ty TNHH Khgears Việt Nam là một công ty hoạt động trong lĩnh vực chế tạo và cung cấp các loại bánh răng và hệ truyền động công nghiệp. Công ty tập trung vào việc sản xuất các sản phẩm bánh răng chất lượng cao và cung cấp các giải pháp truyền động hiệu suất cao cho các ngành công nghiệp khác nhau.
Sản phẩm và dịch vụ: Công ty Khgears Việt Nam chuyên sản xuất và cung cấp các sản phẩm bánh răng và hệ truyền động công nghiệp, bao gồm bánh răng đặc, bánh răng nổi, bánh răng vít, bánh răng trục song song, và các phụ kiện khác liên quan đến truyền động.
