- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion Business, or related fields
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy level and enthusiasm for the role
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen eye for fashion and industry trends
- Passion for the fashion industry
- Korean language proficiency is a plus
- Proven sales and marketing capabilities
- Existing connections with local fashion brands preferred
