Job Functions of Consultant / Senior Consultant

• Doing the 360 degree practise of recruitment includes attracting clients and candidates
• Developing relationships, managing and active communication with clients
• Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
• Coordinating with clients end to end process to start date
• Developing and maintaining relations with HR team/Recruit channel partners
• Always keeping in contact with clients to get feedback and any problems of candidates
• Focused, self-motivated and a confident individual who possesses strong customer service, sales experience and multi-tasking skills
• Achieves sales target
• Pre-screening candidate’s CV for assessing the candidate potential interview and preparing for forwarding to clients
• Preparing wage schedules, employment conditions, compensation and benefits for employment approval
