- As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and potential clients.
- You will utilize your expertise in customer relationship management (CRM) to expand our market reach.
- Collaborate with research and management teams to introduce new products and manage orders and contracts effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and engage with potential customers to expand our client base. Develop strategies to target and attract new customers in alignment with company goals.
- New Product Development: Collaborate closely with research and development teams to understand new product offerings.
- Provide market feedback to influence product development efforts.
- Introduce and promote new products to existing and potential customers.
- Order and Contract Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation and closure.
- Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor contract compliance and address any customer concerns or issues promptly.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
- Develop strategic plans and initiatives to maximize sales and achieve company objectives.
- Stay updated on industry developments and competitors' activities
Yêu cầu công việc
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the seafood industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of seafood products, their market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
