NCL (Á Châu)

• Work directly with customers to clarify requirements, make a project plan and manage project progress
• Manage project activities for multiple projects and requests across all management phases, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure.
• Ensure software development standards and practices are followed. Identify and resolve risks, issues, and conflicts to ensure quality control throughout the project life cycle
• Discuss with Vietnamese team & negotiate with other teams about the project progress to give the best quality service and follow the deadline.
• Lead and motivate the development team, supervise and evaluate team members, provide them with valid and constructive feedback, supportive and professional mentoring;
• Lead the Project team in design methods and principles, adopting a standard for issue and risk management as well as the management of the product backlog and inventor.

Must have

• Strong communication in English
• At least 3 years in Project Management/ Team Management
• Experience with at least one of the programming languages/frameworks such as React Native/NodeJS/.Net
• Having technical background as Software Developer/Engineer
• Strong knowledge of Scrum methodology, processes, and practices
• Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict resolution and management skills
• Strong knowledge of project management practices: budgeting (estimation), planning, monitoring and control, quality management and communication.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Excellent analytical skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• The ability to lead discussions related to product/application/modules/team

Nice to have:

• Strong knowledge of various software development practices such as Agile, XP, LEAN and DevOps. Jira/Confluence experience is preferred.
• International education and/or experience working abroad is considered a strong asset (as most of our customers are based outside of Vietnam).
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, CSP, PSM II) is an advantage
• Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure
• Be happy to coach, mentor and train less senior colleagues.
