• Assist Human Resources Manager in HR programs such as training and development, employee recognition programs and staff activities for hotel employees.
• Familiarizes and enforces the HR framework including systems of:
Induction and orientation
Training and Development
Performance Appraisal
• Plan and implement all Training programmes of the hotel.
• Plan and implement all English Training programmes of the hotel.
• Ensures all staff facilities are maintained in good order and meet resort’s cleanliness standards.
• Ensures that all staff abide by the hotel grooming standards and resort rules.
• Perform any other duties which may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Certification: Hospitality Training Skills (prefer but not require).
• Experience: Minimum 2 years HR experience
• Others/khác:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and resistant to pressure.
Good in operation management and problem-solving skill, computer skill.
