• To organise and set up the assigned section of the Food and Beverage Kitchen as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
• To control food stock and food cost and be responsible for ordering on your section.
• To prepare, cook, serve and store the dishes.
• To prepare in advance food, beverage, material and equipment needed for the service.
• To ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques.
• To ensure minimum Kitchen wastage.
• To instruct and lead subordinate(s) through their daily requirements in food preparation.

• Intermediate Diploma in Culinary
• Minimum Professional certificate in Culinary
• Comfortable English communication
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in a similar position
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
• Willing to work shifts
