Are you a social media enthusiast who loves connecting with people online? We're looking for a friendly and culturally-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be the voice and heart of our brand's social channels, primarily focusing on US audiences.

Job Description

• Engaging with our global community by responding to comments and messages with positivity and care
• Building meaningful relationships with our client's US customers through thoughtful social interactions
• Managing our international social channels for our client with a deep understanding of American culture and communication style
• Supporting broader marketing initiatives for both Vietnamese and US markets
• Collaborating with our team on exciting marketing projects that make a real impact

Requirements

We're excited to meet candidates who have:

• Experience with Facebook Page, Instagram, Pinterest, Tiktok platform
• Experience managing international social media pages, especially US-focused accounts
• Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) with fluent conversational abilities
• Deep understanding of American culture, slang, and communication nuances
• Customer service mindset with the ability to respond empathetically and professionally
• Experience with social media management tools and platforms
• Marketing knowledge or interest in expanding into broader marketing activities
• Quick thinking and adaptability in a digital environment
• Passion for social media trends and online community building

• Have experience with content creation
• Follow US social media trends actively
• Have worked in cross-cultural environments
• Know how to handle difficult customer situations with grace
