■Job Scope
In order to solve our clients' business problems, you will be providing smooth implementation support and proposing ongoing product utilization and workflows.
・Understand the essential needs of customers and plan and execute success plans (onboarding plans, schedules, etc.)
・Support smooth service implementation and operation (implementation meetings with contracting companies, etc.)
・Understand the approver, decision maker, and approval flow, and work autonomously to design scenarios up to the next renewal and reach a renewal agreement

■Requirement
Must-haves:
・Uni grads
・25-35years old ,female
・Japanese N1 or Upper N2
・Over 3 years experience as IT communicator or PM or relevant positions
Better
・Experience in structurally breaking down customer work and proposing solutions
・Sales/consulting experience in the IT industry (BtoB SaaS sales, IT consultant, package implementation manager, etc.)
・Experience planning and promoting business improvement using IT
