* Role Description
This position is created from newly created Data Analytics functions that report under Commercial and Data Manager. The selected candidate will work on digital transformation projects across multiple functions, from business intelligence to building/scaling data products developed internally.
* Responsibilities
Manipulate, interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing business insights through dashboards and reports
Design and develop DS or ML solutions given business use cases or user stories/features with a deep understanding of the assumptions, limitations, and trade-offs.
Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain data warehouse
Identify, analyze, visualize, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets
Provide ad-hoc consultation and data analysis for business hypotheses
Communicate with stakeholders to understand data content and business requirements
Work closely with the Data Manager to create process and data governance policy to enable future expansion of the team

Education / Training Qualifications:
University graduate, major / Computer Science / Statistics / Finance, preferred from International universities/institutions
Experience: 1-2 years experience in Data Analytics. Experience in the retail industry, F&B, and FMCG is a plus.
