Work in a team to develop and implement projects to build a talent pipeline, succession planning
Review, evaluate, and propose regulations on Performance Planning/Performance Management/Performance Evaluation; recommend an appropriate performance management model
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Good at English
A minimum of 3 years' experience as an organizational development specialist.
Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies.
Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software.
Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Superb analytical and time-management skill
