o Monitor market trends to direct Marketing activities of RSQ VN.
o Build and be responsible with the Board of Directors on the Company's Marketing strategy.
o Supervise the construction and implementation of specific marketing plans for each business period, ensuring smooth coordination between functional departments.
o Consulting the Board of Directors on the overall strategy for the entire company, business development, and Partner network.
o Search and develop team
o Provide planning direction for digital marketing
o Manage Digital marketing channels (website, Facebook, Linkedin, and other social networks) to ensure consistent brand image
o Manage company social network accounts
o Deploy and improve content quality with SEO tools and Google Analytics
o Measure ROI and KPI within budget, ensure the development of online marketing activities with high efficiency through KPI indicators (reach, engagement, conversion rate...)
o Work with external partners (Online Agency, KOLs...) to serve online Marketing plans.
o Understand the needs and competition in the market, and come up with creative ideas
o Other work items arising from the Board of Directors.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
o Male/ Female, age 35 to above
o Fluent English
o Experience in Digital MKT Manager or similar positions, working in the same business field, is preferred
o Proficient in managing and optimizing Google keyword campaigns/ Facebook Marketing
o Experience working with marketing agencies
o Experience in creating and managing content on LinkedIn/in-house marketing is preferred
o Understand how to operate digital marketing channels
o Know how to apply online marketing tools
o Good professional skills in Google Analytics and CRM software
o Good analytical skills and know how to implement projects
o Good team leadership ability
o Proficient in listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
o Proficient in communication skillsLaptop
