Position Overview
Ru9 is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our warehouse, fulfillment, and delivery operations. The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are delivered to customers efficiently, safely, and on time. This role requires a blend of strategic planning, operational excellence, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the daily operations of our warehouse teams, both in-house and third-party, ensuring that inventory is managed effectively and that orders are fulfilled accurately.
Lead the Coordinator team in managing the order flow from receipt to delivery, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between the warehouse, delivery teams, and customers.
Manage the Delivery team, including in-house drivers and third-party logistics providers, to ensure timely and high-quality delivery services.
Develop and implement operational processes and best practices to achieve peak efficiency in warehouse management, order fulfillment, and delivery operations.
Analyze operational metrics such as inventory levels, order fulfillment time, delivery time, return rates, and cost of returns to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service, to align operations with broader company objectives and to ensure a positive customer experience.
Develop and manage budget for operations department, including cost analysis and optimization.
Lead, mentor, and expand the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in logistics and operational best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve Ru9’s operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a D2C or e-commerce environment.
Proven track record of scaling operations and increasing efficiency within a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing diverse teams.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in using data to inform and guide operational decisions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of the mattress industry or large-item home delivery is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as necessary.

Trước khi thành lập Ru9, tôi cũng như các bạn, là một người tiêu dùng thông thường và mệt mỏi khi cảm thấy quá trình tìm kiếm cho mình một chiếc nệm chất lượng với giá thành hợp lý thật sự quá khó khăn.

Tuy nhiên, khi tìm hiểu sâu hơn, tôi lại thấy rằng, vấn đề còn nhiều hơn thế nữa. Công nghệ sản xuất nệm đã quá lỗi thời, đi kèm với sự đội giá sau khi sản phẩm đi qua nhiều tầng lớp trung gian và đại lý, cùng với trải nghiệm mua hàng không hề thực tế. Ở các cửa hàng, nệm được xếp chồng lên nhau như những cuốn sách, rất khó cho bạn tự chạm tay vào nệm, chứ đừng nói đến việc ngồi thử hay nằm thử. Điều này khiến bạn chẳng thể chọn cho mình chiếc nệm phù hợp, cho dù bạn có bỏ công đi đến tận cửa hàng chăng nữa.

Mục tiêu của chúng tôi thật ra rất đơn giản: Chất lượng phải được đặt lên trên hết. Chúng tôi chọn foam hiệu suất cao làm chất liệu trọng tâm trong quá trình sản xuất, và cũng là công ty đầu tiên giới thiệu chất liệu này đến thị trường nệm Việt Nam khi Ru9 xuất hiện trên chương trình Shark Tank vào năm 2018.
