1. Main Duties of Job:

• Make changes to the estate based on guidance from the Customer or Service Delivery Manager (SDM) and ensure all requests are properly processed and timely
• Engage relevant parties for clarifications and escalate potential issues to the SDM or manager as needed
• Deliver clear reports, document all requests, and escalate issues like missing information or potential deadline breaches

2. Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• No experience inquired
