*We're looking for IT Staff who is willing to work at both factories (Hanoi & Hung Yen) and will be responsible for promoting ISM/ISO activity and handing IT cost control, detail as below:

1. Promote ISM/ISO activity at both factories

- Follow up Headquarter Annual ISM Activity Plan and co-work with other department to enhance ISM activity

'- Prepare regular ISM report to Manager

- Handle internal and external audit

2. Handle IT cost control and IT equipment procurement

- Purchase IT equipment, make payment documents and work with Accounting department with issues related to payment (if any)

- Summary IT cost regularly for both factories

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor graduated with 1-2 years of similar experience in handling IT, ISO, ISM activities

- Have experience in accounting field (cash, payment,...) is preferred

- Good English (communication & reading) equivalent to 650 TOEIC up. Japanese speaking is a big plus

- Have agile working mindset and ready to learn IT skills for self-development

- Good communication skill and warmly cooperation with other departments
