- Have knowledge of production control and planning operations
- Develop production plans on a daily, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Balance and manage raw materials to support production activities.
- Coordinate with relevant departments, including Purchasing, Production Engineering, Quality Management, and Manufacturing, to ensure production is carried out according to schedule and plans, meeting customer requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance work efficiency and improve productivity.
* Working from: Monday to Friday; Saturday is a half-day, with Saturday afternoon and Sunday off.
