• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Corporate MarCom, Banca Product & Service, Banca Data Analytics, and other key stakeholders to create impactful designs that reflect VIB’s business strategy and mission.
• Design Production: Develop a wide range of creative assets, including email marketing campaigns (eDMs), contest, social media content, event materials, promotional videos, and both internal and external communication materials.
• Brand Consistency: Act as a brand ambassador for VIB Banca, ensuring design consistency and adherence to high-quality standards across all outputs.
• Trend Innovation: Stay informed on the latest design trends, integrating innovative approaches into projects to enhance visual appeal and engagement.
• Multimedia Expertise: Preferred ability to shoot and edit photos and videos, enhancing the effectiveness of visual communications across channels.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

• Experience: At least 3 years in a multimedia design role, ideally within the financial sector (banking, insurance, or related fields).
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant design tools.
• Creative Skillset: Strong grounding in visual design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Attention to Detail: High level of creativity with a sharp eye for detail, ensuring each design is polished and aligned with VIB's brand.
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly understand and integrate the financial sector's products, services, and communication style.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with financial institutions and an understanding of the design needs and regulatory constraints in the sector.
• Photography and video production skills are a plus, with the ability to create multimedia content tailored for various marketing channels.
