Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP PP QM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules to ensure that our business processes are optimized and meet the highest standards of quality.

Job Responsibilities:

SAP PP QM Implementation:

• Design, configure, and implement SAP PP and QM modules based on business requirements.

• Coordinate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.

• Develop detailed specifications and documentation for the SAP PP QM solutions.

Configuration and Customization:

• Configure SAP PP and QM settings, including material master, BOM, routing, production order, and quality management functions.

• Customize SAP solutions to address specific business needs and enhance functionality.

Support and Maintenance:

• Provide ongoing support for SAP PP QM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues. • Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize functionality. Integration:

• Work with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, FI/CO) to ensure seamless integration and data flow across different systems.

• Ensure that integration points are properly configured and tested.

Training and Documentation:

• Develop and deliver training sessions for end-users and provide documentation for SAP PP QM processes.

• Create and maintain user manuals and training materials.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and industry trends.

• Propose and implement improvements to enhance SAP PP QM processes and functionalities.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Excellent English oral, written and presentation skills.

• Proven experience in SAP PP QM configuration and implementation.

• Strong understanding of production planning, quality management, and supply chain processes. • Experience with SAP integration points and other SAP modules.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.

• SAP certification in PP QM is preferred.

• Minimum of 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP QM.

• Proven track record in successful SAP PP QM projects.

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices.

• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
