Work Location: 6th Floor, Ocean Park Building, No. 1 Dao Duy Anh Street, Dong Da, Hanoi

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Morning: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM; Afternoon: 1:30 PM – 5:30 PM)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting: Proactively identify and generate business opportunities via email outreach, LinkedIn connections, cold calling, customer referrals, networking, and participation in events.
  • Qualifying Leads: Ask insightful questions to assess and convert prospects into sales-qualified leads (SQL).
  • Developing Opportunities: Collaborate with the Pre-Sales Team to consult and propose solutions, facilitating discussions to drive deals forward.
  • Proposals and Quotations: Work closely with Pre-Sales and Delivery Teams to prepare and present quotations/proposals to potential clients.
  • Closing Deals: Utilize negotiation and closing techniques to convert potential clients into official customers.
  • Customer Success: Maintain and nurture relationships with clients post-sale, ensuring satisfaction, identifying upselling opportunities, and building long-term loyalty.

2. Additional Responsibilities

  • Training: Train and mentor junior AMs, interns, and freshers on sales techniques through sessions, guidelines, and one-on-one support as assigned by the Sales Director.
  • Strategic Contributions: Collaborate with the Sales Director to formulate sales strategies for key markets and coordinate with the Marketing/PR team to promote GMO’s global brand.
  • KPI Reporting: Handle weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports as assigned and assist the Sales Director in reviewing the division’s KPIs, including revenue, lead generation, and training needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Essential Qualifications

  • Smart, driven, and ambitious with a strong desire to excel in a competitive environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including ice-breaking, storytelling, and maintaining conversations.
  • Strong negotiation, active listening, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced English proficiency (international experience is a plus).
  • Hardworking and accountable for individual performance.
  • Minimum of 1 years of proven experience in IT Sales with a successful track record.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience in cross-cultural or international environments.
  • Background in the IT industry, particularly in global markets (APAC, EU, US, Australia,...).
  • Well-groomed and presentable appearance.

Allowances

  • Lunch allowance: VND 730,000/month.
