- Manage project timelines to ensure timely completion.
- Resolve various issues related to customer user experience.
- Advise and address all customer inquiries before, during, and after the sale.
- Act as a “bridge” between customers and the internal team for organizing meetings and financial planning.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and implement seasonal promotional campaigns to attract customers.
- Perform other professional tasks as required by the Sales Manager.

- Age: 24- 35
- Preferred: Experience in Sales or Customer Service in the software field
- Basic proficiency in office software
- Presentation skills (strong ability to articulate issues) and communication skills for working with business clients
- Education: College or university degree
