- Lead the team to understand and achieve the company goals and Brands expectations.
- Be the main person to coordinate between different supply chain partners to deliver the best service and product to the brands
- Be responsible for the communications with the brands from Development to Production
- Lead and Manage the merchandising team to deliver the most proactive and detailed work with the different development / manufacturing departments and suppliers
- Manage the Development and the Production TNA. With a detail follow up of material and progress status
- Follow up closely the materials booking and in house date with purchasing Dept.
- Follow up closely all production steps and make sure L/D's, Preproduction samples, shade bands, size sets are complete before due date
- Negotiate prices and lead time with suppliers
- Participate in PP meetings and drive the different departments to produce the right product
- Review all samples and other items with merchandiser before sending to buyers
- Coordinate with technical and quality team to make sure the product meets expectations
