JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Establish relationships with contractors, materials departments, investors, architects, design consultants for construction projects.
- Consulting customers and offering ceramic tile and ceramic tile products for civil and industrial construction projects to achieve effective and sustainable business targets.
- Introduce and market ceramic tile products, tiles, and solutions to influential intermediaries such as architects, design consultants,...
- Carry out search, consulting, marketing, and customer care for construction projects, construction companies, design consulting companies... to bring the Company's products into projects and projects. judgment
- Update information and evaluate competitors on aspects: sales programs, products, offering prices for works and projects.
- Receive and participate in handling customer complaints to ensure customer complaints are met with the highest satisfaction.
- Create friendly relationships, provide business support to all customers and support customer debt collection.
- Expand customer relationships, develop assigned areas of responsibility.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, Marketing, Design or related fields;
- Proficient in using office computers and work-related software;
- Have at least 3 years of experience in project business or project business in the Construction Materials industry. If no experience, training will be provided.
- Passion and love for business
- Have good relationships with investors, contractors, materials departments, architects and real estate.
- Know how to maintain relationships with investors.
- Dynamic, creative, enthusiastic, able to withstand high pressure at work;
- Good communication in English (required), good sales closing and customer persuasion skills.
