As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient communication with clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Generating and processing new sales leads as necessary.
Arranging appointments with clients and the sales team.
Following up with customers to understand their needs.
Providing necessary data or reports to the sales team.
Acknowledging customers by responding to emails, texts, and phone calls.
Performing necessary administrative work, including filing reports or presenting documents to the sales team.
Compensation & Benefits:
Saturday & Sunday OFF, Overtime pay is 150%, 200%, 300% as per labor law;

Requirement:
Must have:
Proficient in Japanese (N2), both speaking and listening.
Proficiency with MS Office.
