1/ Job Location: HCM Office & Orvia Farms at Đồng Nai.

2/ Job Purpose: Provide excellent assistance to the General Manager in daily business activities to ensure smoothness and efficiency, including translation support between Vietnamese and English.

3/ Job Description:

- Coordinate communication between the General Manager and internal departments, as well as external partners, stakeholders, and clients, including translation support for effective communication with joint venture partners.

- Facilitate information exchange and reporting on performance of farm, hatchery indices, duck genetics & overall business between the farm and joint venture partners to ensure smooth collaboration and achievement of mutual objectives.

- Manage and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring the security of sensitive information.

- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.

- Coordinate and follow up on project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.

- Assist and execute projects for the commercialization, planning, and quality activities of Orvia, under the supervision and guidance of the General Manager, ensuring that the company's objectives related to quality, development, and delivery are met.

- Support the General Manager in decision-making processes by conducting research, analyzing data, and preparing recommendations.

- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and adaptability in all interactions with joint venture partners, stakeholders, and team members, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the General Manager, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence

- Help organize and participate in company events, workshops, and training sessions as required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Willing to travel to Farms at Đồng Nai & other destinations as assigned by business

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the genetics or joint venture industry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, French, Vietnamese.  

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus.
