JOB PURPOSE

Ensuring that the requirements for factory’s quality assurance ability are effectively implemented and maintained by the factory.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Understand and comply with the usage and marking requirements of compulsory product certification/CQC voluntary certification, conditions of cancellation, suspension and withdrawal, to ensure certificates and marks are used properly.
• In charge of supervising the production process to make sure that all products meet consistent established quality standards
• Establish Flow Process Chart (FPC), Control Plan (CP) for new model. Review / Update the same when necessary.
• Discover Supplier Quality Manual and Customer-specific requirements with each Customer.
• Work with New Model Department to prepare and submit PPAP package to Customer
• Follow Initial Control of new model.
• Prepare/follow items for External Audits (Certificate Body of IATF, homologation…)
• Solve Customer Claim (receive information from customers, coordinate other depts to find out root cause/ corrective actions, prepare report, submit to customer).
• Control Internal/ External changing point.
• Responsible to respect the confidentiality of the acquired information;
• Responsible for observing Safety and Environment procedures issued by the Company for the individual and collective protection and for the environmental aspects;
• Responsible to adhere to the indication of the Manual and of the Environmental and Safety procedures for the related area.
• Responsible to adhere to the indication of the Manual and of the Quality Management System procedures for the related area.

KEY RESULT AREAS

• Ensuring that certified products meet the requirements of certification standards and are consistent with the approved type test samples.
• Evaluate, approve and/or provide expertise for problem solving (e.g., root cause and robust permanent corrective actions), internal/external audit preparation, etc.

WORK EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering
• 5+ years' relevant work experience in Manufacturing Quality function
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Well versed with Quality & Planning tools viz. - APQP,PPAP,SPC etc.
