The Excellent Information Execution Manager is tasked with driving the strategic management, optimization, and execution of commercial information within the organization. This role is critical in ensuring that commercial data is accurate, actionable, and effectively utilized to enhance sales performance and strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in commercial operations, data analysis, and project management, coupled with exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Commercial Data Management:
o Oversee the collection, validation, storage, and dissemination of commercial data.
o Develop and enforce policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of commercial information.
o Implement best practices for commercial data management to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Advanced Data Analysis and Insight Generation:
o Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial data to uncover insights and trends that inform strategic decisions.
o Develop and deliver comprehensive sales performance reports and dashboards (Power BI) to driving sales execution.
o Utilize data to identify opportunities for sales growth and process improvements.
3. Optimization of Commercial systems:
o Manage and enhance the use of commercial systems.
o Ensure seamless integration of SFA tool with other business systems.
o Train sales teams to maximize the effectiveness of SFA tool and other systems in capturing and utilizing sales information.
4. Commercial Process Enhancement:
o Continuously enhance customer master data management and commercial data accuracy to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
o Implement process improvements based on data-driven insights and feedback from sales teams.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve information-related challenges.
5. Leadership in Project Management:
o Lead and manage complex commercial information projects from initiation to completion.
o Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure projects align with organizational goals and are executed within timelines and budgets.
o Develop detailed project plans, assign resources, and monitor project progress.
6. Compliance and Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection regulations and standards.
o Identify potential risks associated with commercial information management and develop mitigation strategies.
o Prepare and implement contingency plans to address information-related emergencies.• Education:
o Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Information Management, Business Intelligence or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales operations, deployment, data analysis, or a related role.
o Passion in working with sales team.
o Demonstrated success in project management and leading teams.
o Extensive experience with SFA, CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamic, Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Skills:
o Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Proficiency in commercial information systems
o Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
