Responsibilities:
Recruiting (70%)
- Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans:

Act as a member of recruitment interview panel
Maintain recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current a future needs
Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost effective
Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the targeted time

- Develop Employer Branding:

Conduct recruitment programs to attract the most potential candidates such as: job fair, building relationships with training centers, colleges and universities in the IT field
Participate in Branding activities through social media channels

Training (30%)

Conduct training need analysis and make annual training plan
Make material, content of training for employees in internal training activities
Arrange & follow up training schedule and organize internal training & external training for all employees
Coordinate and/or conduct training sections for newcomers in Orientation training program
Collect the training report & certification

Requirements:

Experience with recruiting in Sales B2B domain/Headhunt is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint)
Good at English
At least 2 years in the same position
Strong communication, relationship building, negotiation skills and organizational skills
Proficient in recruitment tools, such as: LinkedIn, Facebook, recruitment pages, ....
Ability to do multi- tasks
Good logical thinking, detailed and result- oriented
