Mô tả công việc

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Human Resources Officer to join our team with the main job responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding of Personnel: Job posting, CV screening, interviewing, onboarding.
Monitor and draft notices, decisions, and labor contracts related to personnel.
Handle procedures related to social insurance and health insurance: Report increases and decreases, manage sick leave, maternity benefits, etc.
Track attendance and leave days of employees.
Prepare monthly payroll, bonuses, allowances, and other benefits for employees.
Organize performance reviews and evaluations after probation, mid-year, and year-end.
Organize internal communication events.
Other tasks assigned by director.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s Degree
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English and Vietnamese).
Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
Good level of source, hunting, communication and negotiation with potential candidates.
Candidates with experience in education (ie English training center, study abroad consultation) and IT are preferred
High level of accuracy and confidentiality, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
Being careful, detail-oriented, and keen on working with figures.
