Monitor project volume and progress for renewable energy projects, and prepare periodic payment and settlement documents for contractors, subcontractors, and teams.

Perform quantity takeoff and calculate material quantities for construction for each phase/item of rooftop solar projects.

Control material supply activities for the project, update, and adjust the bill of quantities as required.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to inspect and approve work volumes and tasks according to current regulations and standards.

Develop and implement construction drawings, workforce schedules, and construction methods for solar power tasks.

Inspect work or conduct on-site surveys and measurements as necessary, updating CAD drawings and the bill of quantities.

Guide subcontractors in construction, and inspect the quality of project items.

Calculate and monitor the work volume of subcontractors in line with weekly and monthly progress plans.

Maintain daily reports on progress, quality, material/equipment supply, and workplace safety.

Coordinate the acceptance of project items, handle project handover, and prepare payment and completion documents.

Participate in meetings and submit regular work reports to upper management.

Support departments in negotiating unit prices and drafting contracts with investors and subcontractors.

Track and report on project legal documentation.

Perform other tasks as assigned by upper management.

Graduated from university or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Proficient in 2D and AutoCAD.

Knowledge of Photoshop and 3D design is an advantage.

Basic Excel skills.

Careful, detail-oriented, and meticulous.

Hardworking, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.

Capable of preparing and executing as-built drawings.
