Mô tả công việc
Lab Technician will take responsibility for overall quality management activities including raw material input, work in process, and output, ensure compliance with the requirements of the quality system as prescribed by the company. This will include effectively helping to manage the Quality Assurance team whilst ensuring production and quality standards are maintained.
• Perform laboratory analysis of chemical/physical samples.
• Require to perform analysis at customer's site(as necessary).
• Maintenance and make sure all equipment are in good condition and ready to use.
• Following safety procedures as regulations
• Navigating a laboratory and using specialized equipment and software
• Keep detailed accurate records of all tests conducted.
• Take swab test samples to verify hygiene effectiveness weekly
• Responsible for contacting external labs when there are testing requests
• Carry out other specified duties and functions as directed by QA manager

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: Graduated from University in Food Technology, Chemistry, Biology, Agriculture, or related majors.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies.
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process
• Planning and conducting process audits.
• English skills: Good communication
• MS Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Management and organization
• Detail & Carefulness
• Ability to work independently, within prescribed guidelines, or as a team member.
• Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar position in food manufacturing companies.
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process
• Planning and conducting process audits.
