● Participate in creative planning and scriptwriting for short videos, including topic selection, scripting, filming or editing, and adding subtitles, visual effects, and sound.
● Oversee the full production process (pre-shoot to post-production) to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output that drives click-through and conversion rates.
● Execute scripts during filming, follow and guide actors, adjust camera angles, and ensure overall video quality.
● Manage short video platform accounts: publish, update, and remove content; optimize titles, tags, and descriptions to improve visibility and engagement; monitor and respond to user comments and messages.
● Use data analysis tools to track key video metrics (views, interactions, feedback); prepare reports and suggest operational improvements.
● Build and manage user communities by engaging with viewers, addressing feedback or complaints, and creating a positive interaction environment.
● Monitor short video industry trends and competitor strategies; conduct market research and provide insights into user needs and opportunities.
● Ensure all video content complies with relevant laws and copyright regulations; monitor for violations and report issues promptly.
● Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and relevant departments to align goals, manage resources, and execute strategies effectively.● Over 1 year of experience in shooting advertisements, company promotional videos, documentaries, and commercials. Experience in TikTok video editing is preferred.
● Proficient in operating DSLR cameras and camcorders; skilled in storyboarding, shot composition, and visual storytelling.
● Proficient in using editing software such as Premiere Pro (PR), Capcut...
● Familiarity with Photoshop (PS), Illustrator (AI), and LumaFusion is an advantage.
● Passionate about work, curious and explorative about new things, with strong learning ability and a strong sense of teamwork.
● English or Chinese proficiency for daily communication is required.
● Bachelor's degree or above in fields related to Photography, Film and Television Production, Art Design, or other relevant majors is an advantage.Thưởng
