Mô tả Công việc
Administrative:
- Book hotels, flights, assist with visa applications and work permits for foreign employees.
- Purchase office supplies, manage company vehicles, and maintain contracts, records and company assets.
- Track and finalize office expenses.
- Organize internal events: teambuilding, birthdays, year-end parties.
- Interpret and translate as needed, and perform other tasks assigned by superiors.
Human Resources:
- Manage timekeeping, payroll and bonus calculations.
- Handle employee insurance procedures.
- Update employee information within the HR system.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law or Foreign Language.
- Fluency in Chinese (reading, writing, listening, and speaking) is mandatory. English proficiency is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Prior experience and strong proficiency in talent acquisition or C&B is mandatory
- Proactive, honest, detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
