The Business Analyst reports directly to the Head of Delivery.
The Business Analyst role
As an IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate with our clients and delivery teams to discover and define requirements, form a vision, and successfully deliver solutions to end users.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Business Analyst is responsible for tasks in the following areas:

Actively contributes to company knowledge base;
Lead requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements conform to standards and participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents;
Take responsibility for ongoing support and maintenance to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with customer needs;
Writing the customer proposals;
Suggest areas of improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions;
Take ownership and be responsible for any delivery of products;
Perform other tasks assigned by Management.
Motivate and collaborate with the project team daily to progress requirements into production, actively participating in project ceremonies;
Apply Business Analysis techniques to ensure that what is produced is aligned and value maximized for our customers;
Provide training and mentorship to junior business analysts;
Work with stakeholders to elicit and define business/user requirements, document the product’s vision and the project’s scope, and translate them into solution requirements;
Conduct the system testing by preparing the test cases for UAT and demonstrating the software features;
Document the business requirement specifications and the solution in detail with all assumptions, workflow, and caveats included;
Analyze, manage, and document requirements in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders;
Lead the project team, participating in prioritizing requirements, contributing to requirement creation, and ensuring a clear understanding of the project, and product requirements;

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

Minimum 02 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Project Manager or in a similar role;
Domain Knowledge: In- depth understanding of ERP, CRM, Banking and Financial operations and industry best practices;
Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects;
Understand of UX/UI patterns based on channels (Web/Mobile);
Aptitude to learn and understand new and emerging technologies;
Logical Thinking: Exceptional critical thinking and problem- solving abilities;
Certifications in Business Analysis (CCBA, CBAP, PMI- PBA) and project Management (PMP) are a big plus.
Experienced with agile software development process;
Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes;
Strong understanding of business process modelling and analysis;
Excellent command of English communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with clients;
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent;
Proven track record of success in delivering high- quality business analysis deliverables;
Proficiency in Business Analysis Tools: Familiarity with Business Analyst tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, or similar tools;
Experienced with Business Analysis techniques: ERD, UML, sequence diagram, use case,...;
Knowledge of various technologies, frameworks, platforms, and solutions is preferable;
