To ensure the internal and external handling for export operation
To follow all export shipments from planning, booking, trucking and declaring customs
To prepare all shipping documents required for delivery
To report on export issues to the Import - export manager upon request
To update the state law and regulations concerning import and export, e.g duty and customs...
To coordinate with relevant departments in planning delivery to overseas customers
To handle all export document including Certificate of origin, health certificate, phytosanitay, etc
Ability to use management software, such as AX

1. University Graduated with relevant major.
2. Ideally 2-3 years experience in a similar position
3. Good command of English. (Speaking, reading and writing)
4. Good computer skill. (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Internet, ERP-AX)
