JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Collaborate with PO, BA to understand project objectives, BRD, and acceptance criteria.
Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts to cover all functional and non-functional aspects of the application.
Manage and delegate tasks to team members.
Review test cases for team members.
Execute testing activities, including functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing, to validate the software's performance and reliability.
Perform manual and automation testing to generate and send test reports to development team, team leader.
Follow up for issue verification and bug resolution.

REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in Mobile App/ Web App Testing.
2+ years of experience in leadership.
Experienced in implementing/ maintaining automation test scripts. Develop/ improve existing automation framework.
Good communication skills, ability to clearly communicate with the developer and an eye for detail.
Good knowledge of databases.
Strong analytical skills, with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Good at time management, well organized and detail-oriented.
Experience in Agile Scrum environment is big plus.
