Dell Global Inbound Logistics team belongs to Dell Global Logistics and Trade department. We are taking care of the logistics network design and shipment operations from Asia Pacific to the worldwide Dell factories and Merge Centers for Dell finish goods as well as materials by all ship modes. We’re tasked with getting products quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively to Dell Technologies customers. We work in partnership with fulfillment and logistics providers to ensure a visible service to our supply chain and smooth delivery services to end users.

What You Will Achieve

As a Logistics Senior Analyst, you will conduct Logistics ocean operation for end to end management and work with internal stakeholders on logistics related program.

You will also:

• Conduct ocean operation for end to end management and exception management
• Track ocean KPI and manage the ocean performance as SLA commitment
• Drive necessary changes against search results to find out the cost saving/process improvement opportunities for Dell logistics networks
• Well manage local service providers as business requirement

Essential Requirements

• Min 3-5 years of logistic industry experience on ocean focus
• Bachelor degree of Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, and Economics related major
• Fluent English and basic data intelligence & analytics knowledge, skill of Power BI and statistical analysis tool would be a plus
• Collaboration with team members with strong communication skill in cross-functional team
• Self-motivated to drive expected result with appropriate guidance from buddy and project mentor
