Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Marketing Analytics to drive performance measurement, experimentation insights, and strategic growth decisions across marketing channels. This role partners closely with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Leadership to turn data into actionable business impact.

You will own funnel analytics, experimentation analysis, and revenue attribution while building executive-level dashboards and scalable analytics foundations.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Performance & Growth Analytics

• Own and analyze end-to-end funnels: Installs → Trials → Conversions → Revenue
• Track CPI, CAC, ROAS, LTV, cohort retention, and payback periods
• Evaluate performance across paid, organic, lifecycle, and partnership channels
  
  

Experimentation & Optimization

• Design and analyze A/B tests across onboarding, pricing, paywalls, creatives, and lifecycle flows
• Measure uplift, incrementality, and long-term impact
• Turn insights into clear business recommendations
  
  

Strategic Insights & Forecasting

• Support marketing mix modeling and spend optimization
• Build growth and budget scenarios
• Identify opportunities by geo, channel, and segment
  
  

Dashboards & Storytelling

• Build executive-ready dashboards and self-serve analytics
• Deliver weekly/monthly insights with clear narratives
• Enable data-driven decision making
  
  

Data & Analytics Foundations

• Write advanced SQL on large event and revenue datasets
• Maintain metric definitions and data quality
• Partner with data engineering on pipelines
  
  

What You Will Have:

Required Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in marketing, growth, or product analytics
• Advanced SQL (complex joins, window functions)
• Funnel, cohort, and attribution experience
• A/B testing and experiment analysis
• BI tools like Looker, Tableau, Superset, Power BI
• Strong communication and stakeholder skills
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Snowflake or modern data stack experience
• Amplitude, Mixpanel, or GA4 experience
• Marketing mix modeling or causal inference exposure
• Python or R
• Subscription, mobile app, or SaaS background
