- Greet guests upon arrival and departure in a friendly and professional manner.

- Assist guests with the loading and unloading of luggage from vehicles.

- Safely transport guest luggage to and from guest rooms or designated areas.

- Ensure the security and safe storage of guests' belongings.

2. Guest Assistance:

- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.

- Escort guests to their rooms, explaining room features and amenities.

- Offer assistance with special requests, such as transportation arrangements, restaurant

reservations, or additional room amenities.

- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and courteously.

3. Buggy Operation:

- Operate the hotel buggy safely and responsibly, adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.

- Transport guests to and from various hotel locations, such as the entrance, parking area, or F&B

outlets.

- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the buggy, ensuring it is always in excellent condition.

4. Communication:

- Maintain effective communication with the Front Office team to ensure a seamless guest

experience.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly to the appropriate department.

- Communicate with guests in a clear and courteous manner, providing information and assistance

as needed.

5. Team Collaboration:

- Collaborate with other hotel departments, such as Concierge, Front Desk, and Housekeeping, to

meet guest needs efficiently.

- Assist colleagues during peak periods or as needed to ensure smooth hotel operations.

- At least 1 year experience in the related position

- Health in good condition

- Fluency in both Vietnamese and basic communication English
