Position Overview:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service in the realm of account maintenance, card operations, and loan operations? Join Galaxy FinX as the Account Service Management Manager and lead our dedicated teams in these critical areas. As a key player in our innovative digital banking environment, you will ensure the seamless operation of these functions, delighting our customers and contributing to our continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and oversee our Account Maintenance Services team, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of customer account requests and updates.
• Manage the Card Operations team, responsible for card issuance, delivery, and related processes, ensuring a smooth cardholder experience.
• Supervise the Loan Operations area, driving the efficiency and compliance of loan disbursement, servicing, and related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, compliance, and customer service, to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain high service standards and compliance within each function, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and automation to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Develop and nurture a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Account Service Management teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of account maintenance, card operations, and loan operations.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, providing insights into operational performance and areas for improvement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field;
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in account maintenance, card operations, loan operations, or related functions within the banking or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, compliance, and best practices in account services, card operations, and loan operations.
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Fluency in English is a plus
