Carefully manage and remind the CEO's schedule through Google Calendar by arranging appointments, meetings, and travel plans with accuracy and consideration.
Prepare and organize documents, reports and summarize meeting notes for executive meetings.
Manage the CEO's emails and social media accounts.
Maintain relationships with clients on behalf of the CEO through professional and efficient correspondence.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Deliver information and messages from the CEO to the responsible staff and departments with clarity and timeliness.
Actively monitor tasks delegated by the CEO to respective teams until completion and make sure results are delivered.
Write regular and in-process reports as requested by the CEO, summarizing key findings and recommendations.
Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.a. Must have
Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Foreign Language or related fields.
At least one year of experience in a similar role.
Fluent English speaking and writing skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above). Proficient in email communication.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Suite, and other relevant applications.
Highly responsible, diligent, attentive to details.
Professional appearance, suitable for representing the executive office in both internal meetings and public engagements.
Comfortable with business travel or short-distance commuting when necessary to support company events and meetings.

Being familiar with IT knowledge and terms is a plus.
Experienced in working with C-level executives.
Experienced in using task management tools (Trello) or communication tools (Slack and/or WhatsApp).Semi-annual performance reviews with salary adjustments.
