• Responsible for administrative activities of the Engineering department, coordinating with other Departments/Departments in handling tasks related to paperwork and administrative procedures. Complete procedures for submitting and signing documents that need to be approved by the Department according to the Hotel's regulations.

• Synthesize and classify documents, incoming/outgoing dispatches, and technical work emails of departments and send them to the Chief Engineer for processing.

• Drafting official dispatches, reports, and proposals related to technology at the request of the Chief Engineer

• Update and store paperwork and technical documents of the Engineering Department according to standards for easy reference.

• Receive and answer phone calls from departments. Monitor the processing of requests from departments to coordinate to meet the Hotel's service standards.

• Synthesize technical service request information of departments, compile service request forms, report to the Chief Engineer, and hand over work to shift leaders and technical staff in the department.

• Compile technical reports and periodically report work to the Chief Engineer

• Coordinate with Human Resources in monitoring time attendance of the Engineering Department to serve payroll calculation at the end of the month

• Monitor and manage stationery and office equipment for the Engineering Department.

• Manage and carry out payment procedures for spending funds for small repair items of the Engineering Department.

• Manage material export/import documents of the technical materials warehouse, coordinate with the inventory accounting department, and make monthly export, import, and inventory reports.

• Receive other work requests from the Chief Engineer to ensure these requests are fulfilled.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Diploma Certificate in Engineering, Technical Major, Hotel Management or equivalent
