Apricot Hotel is currently seeking a highly experienced Deputy General Manager to oversee our Food & Beverage department. In addition to driving revenue growth by budget, the ideal candidate will possess a wealth of experience in enhancing staff skills and improving service quality within the culinary division.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor performance metrics and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to achieve revenue targets and service excellence.
Develop and execute strategic plans to increase monthly revenue by budget through innovative F&B initiatives and revenue- generating strategies.
Collaborate closely with other departments to synchronize F&B offerings with hotel events and promotions, maximizing revenue opportunities and guest satisfaction.
Implement comprehensive training programs and workshops to elevate the technical and service standards of the F&B team, ensuring consistent delivery of high- quality service.
Mentor and empower F&B staff to enhance their skills, efficiency, and teamwork, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
