We are looking for a passionate and experienced Merchandiser to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end apparel product development, ensuring timely execution, strong aesthetic standards, and alignment with technical and commercial requirements. The role requires the ability to manage multiple development styles simultaneously while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams.

Here is what you need to know about this role:

• Assist in the product development process, from concept to sample approval, to ensure products meet with customers’ quality and budget requirements
• Review and evaluate samples ensuring design intent, quality and market relevant are met
• Handle approximately 50 development styles concurrently, to track progress, identify dependencies, and connect information across styles
• Manage production & order follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery
• Price negotiation, sourcing suppliers to meet requirements and advance cost effectiveness
• Maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production
• Understand customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management

You might be a good fit if you have/are …

• Minimum 3-5 years' relevant experience in Merchandising or related field, preferably within trading agents or buying offices
• Diploma or above in Merchandising or related field
• Strong in production follow up and familiar with merchandising and product development process
• Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders of different levels including customers, vendors and internal teams
• Highly efficient, detail-oriented and well-organized individual with strong problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal, to coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Literate in Microsoft Office programs
• Possesses basic technical design knowledge and working knowledge of garment costing, including understanding of key cost drivers and their impact on product feasibility
• Strong organizational and follow‑up skills
• Attention to detail with a problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑style development environment
