• Managing and arranging booking with shipping or air lines, co-loader in accordance with customer's export plan
• Managing the issuance of corporate bill to customers, sales and costs of shipments
• Make monthly report business activities to Manager
• Assign works to junior staff in accordance with the capacity, ability and instructions of the superior, recommend new hires if necessary.
• Build job descriptions for job titles in the department based on the funtions of department
• Train junior staff to have enough professional knowledge to complete the assigned work
• Comply with and manage the department's professional activities in accordance with the company's quality management system, ensure productivity & output quality, meet all requirements of customers.
• Receive and fulfill requests related to air or sea freight forwarding from customers or agents.
• Gather documents to send Pre-alert to notify the agent of information of the shipment.
• Issue debit note, send to customers, agents.
• Issue HBL, HAWB to customers, submit SI to shipping lines, co-loader
• Check, fully collect the cost of the shipment and request payment, from shipping company or coleader.
• Handle daily tasks.
