Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Manage and maintain the PBVN’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks and peripherals.
2. Ensure the continous and secure operation of all IT systems, servers, and networks.
3. Monitor and manage network security measures, including firewalls, antivirus software, NAC...
4. Monitor network performance (LAN, WAN) to determine if adjustments need to be made.
5. Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and protect sensitive information.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to staff members regarding hardware, software, and network-related issues.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, both independently and in collaboration with external vendor or IT specialist.
8. Perform routine maintenance tasks, including system updates, patches, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
9. Plan and execute the deployment of new branches, ensuring all IT systems and networks are set up and operational.
10. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements to the PBVN’s IT operations.
11. Any other responsibility as & when assigned by the competent authority of the bank from time to time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Security, or related field.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within banking industry.
3. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, CEH…) are strongly preferred.
4. Have knowledge or experience in network and server administration, including LAN, WAN, Windows 10 or 11, Windows Server, Linux…
