Nvidia is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual as a NPI Manufacturing based in Vietnam. In this pivotal role, Your primary responsibilities will include executing NPI manufacturing operations strategies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our NPI in Vietnam. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and supply base partners to ensure the fulfillment of build plans, optimize processes, enhance productivity, and uphold the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and implement NPI site missions, Lead day-to-day operations, coordinating staff, resources, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor and assess operational performance in Vietnam, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. Achieve build plans to guarantee supply fulfillment. Addressing technical and business issues promptly and effectively.
• Ensure compliance with regional laws, regulations, and company policies in Vietnam. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with CM factory.
• Represent Nvidia NPI operations in Vietnam and work in high collaboration with the region management.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on working models, resources, processes, tools, and KPIs.
• Uphold Nvidia's core values and codes, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Support the governance and implementation of digital transformation initiatives, ensuring adherence to best practices and infrastructure setup.
• Provide regular reports and updates on NPI operational performance in Vietnam to senior management.
  
  

What We Need To See

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, 5+ years of experience Business or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of boards, systems, and network product manufacturing flow and processes with proven program management capability and experiences in an outsourcing environment.
• Excellent technical leadership skills such as project planning, scheduling and resource management skills.
• Consistent track record of collaboration across teams, customers, and local partners.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in a global manufacturing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Fluency in Vietnamese and English
