Job Description
- Support operational staff in daily communicating with Korean guests
- Translate documents related to Chinese/Korean if required
- Greet guests and manage the queues at Front Desk upon arrival or departure
- Give direction or escort guests to function rooms or guest rooms
- Responds to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction.
- Be informed on hotel events, promotions, facilities, and services and promote these to the guests acting as an ambassador to The Grand Ho Tram Strip.
- Establish relationships with leaders at local activities, restaurants, events, and tourist attractions and provide updated and current information and directions regarding these to guests.
- Acts as an ambassador for the hotel with professional and discreet demeanor and creativity, which predicts guest’s expectations and ensures their return business.
- Perform all other job related duties as requested.
Job Requirement
- One year working experience is preferred.
- Good in Korean Language
- Basic Education completed is preferred.
- Microsoft Office knowledge is preferred.
- Must present a well-groomed appearance.
- Ability to communicate fluently in the primary language of the workplace both verbally and nonverbally. Fluent in English is encouraged.
- Organized, can multi-task, good problem solving skills and detail-oriented.
- Capacity to foster productive relations with peers and assure teamwork is the prevailing way to do business.
- Solid knowledge of the area and local attractions, events, restaurants and tourist activities preferred.

Khách sạn Thái Bình Dương (Pacific Hotel) là Khách sạn đạt chuẩn 2 sao, tọa lạc ngay tại trung tâm Bãi Trước thành phố Vũng tàu. Mặt tiền hướng ra biển, gần trung tâm thương mại và các điểm dịch vụ sinh hoạt, du lịch : Bến tàu cánh ngầm, điểm du lịch Bạch Dinh, sân đua chó…
Khách sạn có 50 phòng ngủ với diện tích rộng, đầy đủ tiện nghi (Máy lạnh, tủ lạnh, nước nóng, truyền hình cáp, điện thoại liên tỉnh và quốc tế, Intenet vô tuyến mạng ADSL, WIFI miễn phí ). Có nhiều loại phòng ngủ khác nhau với các mức giá phù hợp.
Nhiều diện tích dành cho khoảng không và cây xanh trên khuôn viên 10.000m2 thoáng mát. Bãi đậu xe rộng rãi, an toàn. Đội ngũ nhân viên chuyên nghiệp, tận tình và chu đáo. Các dịch vụ bổ sung gồm : Văn phòng cho thuê - Nhà hàng – Vũ trường – Karaoke – Cà phê sân vườn, Bar. Đủ điều kiện nhận khách đoàn, thể thao, hội nghi, sinh nhật, tiệc cưới….
