• Be familiar with the drink prices, bottle prices and all the beverage policies. Be able to prepare the international cocktails and signature cocktails

• Have to be cost-conscious and aware of wastage. Always use the first-in, first-out procedure.

• Maintain the highest standard of drink preparation. Garnish must be fresh and in good condition.

• Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of beverage recipes and mixing procedures

• Prepare drinks in accordance to the guest's order

• Ensure that all beverages are served according to specifications

• Maintain responsibility for the set up and cleanliness of entire bar area at all times

• Understand and follow the guidelines for beverage service as per Pan Pacific Standards

o 5.0 working days per week / 6.0 days off per month

o Up to 3.5 months year-end bonus
