The ideal candidate shall be passionate about marketing, and creative communication, and eager to kick-start their career in this dynamic field. The Marcom Trainee provides hands-on experience and foundational knowledge in marketing strategies, communication techniques, and brand management within the organization.

• Support to maintain and update records of media, journalist mailing list 
• Assist in organizing record visits by Professional persons of the media, journalists, and members of the trade to the hotel. 
• Assist in any liaison and internal meetings 
• Update important news and report immediately to the Marketing and Communication Manager 
• Take responsibility for news clippings • Translate Vietnamese to English and vice versa all important news and press clippings 
• Assist in arranging press conferences and press interviews as and when required 
• Assist in press releases, suitable news, and photographs for PR corkboard and for archives 
• Update news releases/comparisons amongst hotels monthly 
• Assist the team in organizing Marketing events 
• Assist in designing and distributing the hotel’s Newsletter and others 
• Ensure that all stationery and collaterals are standardized and conform to the brand standards 
• Ensure that optimum publicity is created for all major hotel activities. 
• Support to conduct culinary and event photoshoots 
• Assist in managing Facebook fan pages, Instagram accounts, and other social media pages 
• Coordinate with other divisions and departments to ensure smooth operation of the job functions 
• Other tasks as assigned

• Students and fresh graduates are welcomed 
• Good command in English, especially writing 
• Detail-oriented, be able to maintain smooth communication with team members and departments 
• Creative and critical thinking 
• Being able to use design tools is a bonus 
• Had experiences regarding marketing, communication is a bonus
